This partnership gives you an affordable way to list your property with partner broker members of CREA on MLS® System databases, while maintaining your ability to sell privately.

A recent settlement between the national association representing Canadian real estate agents and the Competition Bureau clarified that mere postings on a Board's MLS® System are acceptable, which led HouseMAXX® to form these partnerships.

What this means for NEW HouseMAXX® customers:

You will now have the option of listing on MLS® Systems databases, offered through our broker partners, when you purchase a HouseMAXX® listing through our online shopping cart or by contacting us at corporate@housemaxx.ca.
