I understand HouseMAXX™ and its representatives are not commissioned Real Estate sales agents for the property (ies) I have listed on HouseMAXX™

I understand that HouseMAXX™ may not be available from time to time due to technical difficulties or Internet service disruptions or any other condition that is beyond the control of HouseMAXX™ and their representatives.

HouseMAXX™ reserves the right to edit or reject any listing at our discretion. By using this service you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy HouseMAXX™. You will not use the service to violate the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or other entity.

By submitting material to HouseMAXX™, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the owner. All listings, including any accompanying photos, become the property of HouseMAXX™ upon submission. HouseMAXX™ liability for damages resulting from errors in listings or from its failure to distribute a listing shall be limited to 1/32 of the amount, if any, actually received by HouseMAXX™ for posting the listing.
HouseMAXX™ does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of HouseMAXX™ or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through HouseMAXX™. No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from HouseMAXX™ shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. HouseMAXX™ reserves the right to remove any listings or any advertisements for any reason. In no case shall HouseMAXX™ be liable for any costs or events that occur beyond its control including, but not limited to, network outages, Internet connectivity problems and client side browser issues. You agree that you will not provide any content to HouseMAXX™ that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.By submitting content to HouseMAXX™ you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted -- HouseMAXX™ the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non- right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.
